Definitions and interpretation

Application: means this web application including the underlying API and any IoT communication channel.

Provider: means the company providing the web application and described within the Contacts paragraph on the bottom of this document.

Thing: means any equipment, machinery, sensor or any other object kind connected to this Application.

User: means the user, viewer or any other client of the web application.

Reproduction is prohibited other than in accordance with the copyright notice, which forms part of these terms and conditions.
All trademarks reproduced in this Application, which are not the property of, or licensed to the Provider, are acknowledged on the Application.
Unauthorized uses of this Application may give rise to a claim for damages.
Through this Application, Users can link to third-party applications or softwares which are not under the control of the Provider. The Provider has no control over the nature, content, and availability of those applications. The inclusion of any links does not necessarily imply a recommendation or endorse the views expressed within them.

Acceptable use policy

In using this Application is forbidden to publish any content which:

The user must not use this Application and the underlying API for any purpose related to gambling, gaming, betting, lotteries, sweepstakes, prize competitions or any gambling-related activity.

It is forbidden the usage of this Application for any spamming purposes related to marketing, advertising, promotion, commercial offering or the supply and/or sale of goods and/or services.

If the user becomes aware of any published material on the Application that contravenes this policy, is pleased to notify the Provider by email (see the Contacts paragraph).
